A curious soul who finds joy in the little things and loves bridging the worlds of art and science. From late-night conversations about the universe to seeing hidden patterns between music and genetics, I’m always on a journey to connect the dots across different subjects and perspectives.
With a deep love for psychology and a soft spot for all things creative, I’m passionate about understanding people and exploring the stories that make us human. Whether it’s learning something new, getting lost in a philosophical question, or simply admiring a beautiful sunset, I’m here for all the small wonders life has to offer.
I’m on a mission to keep growing, learning, and sharing that journey with the world. Thanks for stopping by!
Through a blend of cultural celebration, artistic expression, and social impact, these extracurricular activities reflect my commitment to community and personal growth. Each project, from co-founding Mind your Mind and Hearing and Healing to organizing Present from the Past and The Hyacinth Project, has deepened my understanding of the intersection between art, mental well-being, and heritage preservation. These experiences have not only strengthened my skills in leadership, event planning, and artistic design but also taught me the power of empathy, connection, and resilience.
By creating spaces that foster reflection and cultural appreciation, I aim to bring awareness and support to important social issues. My latest initiative, Hue’s Cultural Journey, exemplifies this mission. It bridges my passion for Vietnamese heritage with my dedication to making a positive impact by supporting children with autism. Each project has been an invaluable opportunity to make a difference in others’ lives while building a stronger, more compassionate community.
These research experiences have broadened my understanding of scientific and ethical aspects in mental health and sustainability. As a co-author of the Genetic Influence on Mental Health study, I explored the relationship between genetics, epigenetics, and mental health, gaining insights into treatment and ethical considerations.
In my role as a research assistant for the Recycled Plastic Filament for 3D Printing project, I supported the development of sustainable materials, strengthening my teamwork and data analysis skills. These experiences have inspired my passion for science and commitment to making a positive impact.
