I'm Phuong Trang

Hi there! I’m Đỗ Hoàng Phương Trang, a curious soul who finds joy in the little things and loves bridging the worlds of art and science. From late-night conversations about the universe to seeing hidden patterns between music and genetics, I’m always on a journey to connect the dots across different subjects and perspectives.

With a deep love for psychology and a soft spot for all things creative, I’m passionate about understanding people and exploring the stories that make us human. Whether it’s learning something new, getting lost in a philosophical question, or simply admiring a beautiful sunset, I’m here for all the small wonders life has to offer.

I’m on a mission to keep growing, learning, and sharing that journey with the world. Thanks for stopping by!

About Me

Reflective Space: "Moments of Bloom"

This section is where I share personal reflections, thoughts, and lessons that have shaped my journey. These are the moments where I found growth, not just in success but in the quiet, introspective spaces of life.

On Healing through Music

Music has been a constant in my life, and with Hearing and Healing, I witnessed the transformative power it holds. Sharing stories in the form of songs made me realize how intertwined art and healing are.

Music, in a way, speaks when words fail. In this space, I reflect on the emotions tied to the songs we love and the memories they carry.

Connecting the Past and Present

Through Present from the Past, I found a profound respect for the culture I once felt distant from. Traditional Vietnamese art and heritage now inspire my creativity, teaching me that history and tradition are not relics of the past but living, breathing parts of who we are.

I find inspiration in the intricate patterns of the Nguyễn Dynasty, which I’ve incorporated into my designs to bridge history with the present.

The Intersection of Science and Art

From researching genetic influences on mental health to painting traditional motifs, my work constantly weaves science with art. I’ve learned that creativity is not confined to the arts and that discovery is an act of creation.

Whether it’s understanding how epigenetics shape our mental health or translating that understanding into art, I’m continuously fascinated by how connected these worlds are.
