Research Experience

I have actively participated in research projects that connect science with real-world applications. My work has deepened my understanding of the intricate relationships between genetics and mental health, as well as the role of sustainability in technology.

Through these experiences, I have developed valuable skills in data analysis, teamwork, and critical thinking, fueling my passion for exploring complex issues and creating meaningful solutions.

Research Assistant

Recycled Plastic Filament for 3D Printing

I contributed to a project focused on developing a recycled plastic filament for 3D printers, aimed at reducing plastic waste and promoting sustainable technological solutions. In my role, I was responsible for creating visual content to illustrate the production process of the filament and its applications, as well as drafting detailed scientific reports on our findings and analysis.

This project expanded my knowledge of 3D printing technology and deepened my understanding of the importance of sustainability in developing environmentally-friendly products.

Throughout the project, I not only improved my teamwork skills but also learned to effectively analyze data, ensuring the research outcomes were presented clearly and accurately. Additionally, strict time management was essential, helping me meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.

By examining case studies and academic research, we uncovered implications for future treatments and ethical considerations for mental health diagnoses. This project expanded my understanding of the intricate link between biology and psychology.

Co-Author

Genetic Influence on Mental Health

I co-authored a research project exploring the role of genetics in mental health. The study delved into key genetic factors, how they interact with mental health conditions, and the emerging field of epigenetics.

Internships

My internship experiences have provided me with invaluable insights into the healthcare field, particularly in pediatric care. Working closely with medical professionals and patients has deepened my understanding of the critical role empathy and support play in the healing process.

These opportunities have not only enhanced my practical skills but also solidified my passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others.

This experience shifted my perception of hospitals from being solely places of illness to environments of hope and healing. I learned the importance of empathy and care, both in a medical setting and in daily life

Intern

Children's Hospital 1

During my internship, I supported pediatric patients and their families by assisting in the hospital’s social work and various departments, including Neurology, Respiratory, and Infectious Diseases. Over 108 hours, I was involved in organizing classes, delivering meals, and distributing aid packages.
